How to Check Your Test Results in the Patient Portal

  1. Log in to your patient portal using your username and password.
  2. From the main menu, scroll down to the section labeled Additional Information.
  3. Click the arrow ▼ to expand the menu.
  4. Select View Test Results from the list of options.
  5. Your test results will appear on the screen. You may also have the option to download or print them.

LOGGING IN IS EASY AS 1 2 3:

  1. Log in using your email and password. First time? Click “Change/Reset Password” to set up your account. Please don’t register a new account—this may create a duplicate.
  2. Check your test results, Go to Personal Information > Additional Content > Reports and Tools, then click View Recent Test Results to see your lab results.
  3. Send a secure message, Click the message icon at the top of the screen to access your inbox.
